Avatars

If you would like to have an avatar that is different from the ones available, all you need to do is type free avatars into any web browser, and have a look around for one that you like.

Once you`ve found the right avatar for you, you need to go into your profile and scroll down to the bottom, where it says avatar. Then it`s simply a case of putting in the url for your selection.

You can get the url for an avatar, by right clicking on the one you want, and going into properties and copying every detail of the url given there.

Then simply press submit and your new avatar will appear everytime you make a post.

If anything above sound too complicated, please don`t hesitate to ask for more information, we`re not all computer experts just because we can switch one on.

Just an update to let you know that since upgrading from phpbb2 to phpbb3 the avatars are no longer available and members will have to go and find their own. There are losts of free sites that do this.

You can now select from a wide range of avatars that are on the forum. Just go through the usual way to change your avatar and click on display gallery.
